Ingredients

  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 60 ml water
  • 15 g fresh ginger finely grated
  • 4 g ground turmeric
  • 5 g garlic finely grated
  • 3 g salt

Method
 

  1. Add tahini to a medium bowl and whisk until smooth and slightly loosened
  2. Pour in rice vinegar and water, stirring continuously until the mixture turns creamy and pale
  3. Add freshly grated ginger and garlic, mixing until evenly distributed
  4. Sprinkle in turmeric and salt, then whisk until the dip becomes silky and well blended
  5. Adjust consistency with a small splash of water if needed until it reaches a pourable texture
