Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • ½ cup coconut milk full-fat or light
  • ½ cup orange juice chilled
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger optional
  • Ice cubes for thicker consistency as needed

Method
 

  1. Place frozen mango and pineapple chunks into the blender jar to start with the coldest base.
  2. Add the ripe banana on top of the frozen fruit for natural sweetness and smooth texture.
  3. Pour in coconut milk and chilled orange juice to provide a rich, tropical liquid foundation.
  4. Spoon in the Greek yogurt so the smoothie stays creamy without heavy dairy.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruits if you prefer a sweeter profile.
  6. Add grated fresh ginger for a subtle warm zing that complements the tropical fruits.
  7. Secure the blender lid and start blending on low speed until the mixture begins to combine evenly.
  8. Increase to high speed and blend until the smoothie reaches a silky, pourable texture.
  9. Check the thickness and add a few ice cubes if you want a frostier, thicker pour.
  10. Pulse again briefly until ice is fully incorporated and the surface looks smooth and bright.
  11. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a garnish of fresh fruit or mint.
