Method
- Toast the frozen waffles until they turn golden brown and crisp on the outside while remaining soft inside.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam evenly over half of the waffles, making sure to cover the surface fully.
- On the remaining waffles, spread or crumble the goat cheese evenly so it melts slightly when warmed.
- Gently press one jam-covered waffle together with one cheese-covered waffle to form a sandwich.
- Place the assembled sandwiches back into a warm oven or toaster oven until the cheese softens and the filling becomes warm and slightly gooey.
- Remove from heat once the waffles are crisp and the filling is heated through, then let cool slightly before serving.
