Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup chopped kale leaves
  • 1 cup coconut milk beverage 240 ml
  • 2 tbsp aloe vera gel 30 g, food-grade
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger 5 g
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 15 g

Method
 

  1. Add pineapple and mango chunks into a high-speed blender, ensuring they are evenly distributed for smooth blending
  2. Toss in the chopped kale, allowing it to sit on top of the fruit to help it blend evenly
  3. Pour in the coconut milk, which will help the blades move freely and create a creamy base
  4. Add the aloe vera gel, making sure it is clear and free from any bitter residue
  5. Sprinkle in the grated ginger for a fresh, slightly spicy aroma
  6. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes silky smooth and no leafy bits remain visible
  7. Pause and check the consistency; if too thick, add a splash of coconut milk and blend again
  8. Pour into a chilled glass and top with chia seeds for a slight crunch and visual appeal
