Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana sliced and frozen
  • 180 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 120 g plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 100 g ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk to the blender first to help everything blend smoothly
  2. Drop in the frozen banana slices and yogurt for a creamy base
  3. Spoon in peanut butter and cocoa powder, letting them sit near the blades
  4. Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips for extra depth of flavor
  5. Toss in coconut oil and ice cubes to create a chilled, thick consistency
  6. Blend on high until completely smooth, stopping when the mixture looks glossy and lump-free
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend briefly again
  8. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately while cold and creamy
