Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla 8-inch
  • 60 g brie cheese thinly sliced
  • 30 g fruit jam strawberry, blueberry, or peach

Method
 

  1. Place the tortilla flat on a microwave-safe plate, smoothing out any folds
  2. Arrange the sliced brie evenly across the surface so it melts uniformly
  3. Heat briefly until the cheese softens and begins to melt, creating a glossy texture
  4. Spread the jam gently over the warm cheese, allowing it to slightly melt into the surface
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one side, keeping the filling enclosed
  6. Slice in half to reveal the creamy, sweet interior and serve immediately
