Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium ripe banana about 120 g
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 120 g
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 180 ml
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 12 g

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk to the blender first to help the blades move smoothly
  2. Toss in the fresh spinach and blend briefly until the mixture turns bright green and no leafy bits remain
  3. Add the banana and frozen pineapple chunks for natural sweetness and thickness
  4. Spoon in the Greek yogurt to create a creamy, rich texture
  5. Sprinkle in chia seeds for a subtle nutty note and added nutrition
  6. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and velvety with no visible chunks
  7. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again until silky
  8. Pour into a glass immediately and enjoy the cool, refreshing consistency
