  • 5 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 5 g fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 2 g lemon zest
  • 1 g crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 g flaky sea salt
  • 1 small baguette sliced and toasted

Method
 

  1. Cut the feta cheese into evenly sized cubes, keeping the edges clean for a neat presentation
  2. Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes thoroughly until they are glossy and free of moisture
  3. Arrange the feta cubes and tomatoes alternately on a serving plate to create a visually appealing pattern
  4. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the arrangement, allowing it to lightly coat both cheese and tomatoes
  5. Sprinkle chopped basil and lemon zest across the board for a fresh, aromatic layer
  6. Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to introduce subtle heat
  7. Drizzle balsamic vinegar lightly around and over the ingredients for a tangy finish
  8. Finish with flaky sea salt, enhancing both flavor and texture
  9. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices on the side for scooping and layering
