Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup frozen passion fruit
  • ½ cup whole-milk plain Greek-style yogurt
  • 5 Medjool dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk and Greek-style yogurt to a high-speed blender to form the liquid base.
  2. Place frozen strawberries and passion fruit into the blender with the milk and yogurt.
  3. Pit the Medjool dates and add them to the fruit to naturally sweeten the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle in the chia seeds for texture and nutritional boost.
  5. Add the vanilla extract to round out the flavor profile.
  6. Blend on high until completely smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  7. Check the consistency — if it’s too thick, add a splash more almond milk and re-blend.
  8. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately, ideally chilled.
  9. Sip slowly to enjoy the vibrant flavor and creamy texture.
