Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and chilled
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup cold coconut water

Method
 

  1. Add the chilled watermelon cubes to a high-speed blender along with the mint leaves and lime juice.
  2. Pour in the coconut water and add the Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  3. Drizzle in the honey and add the ice cubes for an extra frosty consistency.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and evenly pink with tiny flecks of mint.
  5. Taste the smoothie and add more honey or lime juice if you prefer a sweeter or tangier flavor.
  6. Blend again briefly until the texture is silky and airy.
  7. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh mint or a small watermelon wedge before serving immediately.
