Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice 240 ml
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 45 g
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter 32 g
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 15 ml
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2.5 ml
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes 150 g

Method
 

  1. Add the milk to the blender first to help the ingredients blend smoothly.
  2. Slice the banana into chunks and add it to the blender jar.
  3. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Top with the ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, thick, and creamy.
  6. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything is evenly blended.
  7. Continue blending for another 20–30 seconds until no oat pieces remain visible.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  9. Pour into a chilled serving glass and enjoy immediately while cold and creamy.
