Ingredients
  

  • 120 g cottage cheese ½ cup
  • 75 g red bell pepper finely chopped (½ cup)
  • 40 g cucumber diced (¼ cup)
  • 30 g roasted chickpeas ¼ cup
  • 5 g everything bagel seasoning 1 tbsp
  • 1 g sea salt ⅛ tsp

Method
 

  1. Spoon the cottage cheese into a clean 350–400 ml jar, creating a creamy base layer.
  2. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning and a pinch of salt over the cottage cheese, gently stirring to distribute the flavor evenly.
  3. Add chopped red bell pepper on top, spreading it evenly so the bright color forms a fresh layer.
  4. Scatter diced cucumber over the peppers, adding a crisp and refreshing texture.
  5. Finish by topping the jar with roasted chickpeas for a crunchy contrast.
  6. Close the lid and refrigerate until ready to eat, or enjoy immediately while the chickpeas remain crisp.
