Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt and sour cream to a medium mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy
  2. Pour in fresh lemon juice and water, stirring until the mixture loosens slightly but remains thick
  3. Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, blending until fully incorporated
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, mixing until the dip develops a rich, savory aroma
  5. Season with black pepper and salt, tasting and adjusting for balance
  6. Continue whisking until the texture is silky and uniform with no lumps
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and let it rest briefly so the flavors meld together
