Ingredients
  

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla 8–10 inch
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise 30 g
  • 2 oz sliced deli turkey 60 g
  • 2 strips cooked bacon 40 g
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves shredded (40 g)
  • ½ medium tomato thinly sliced (80 g)
  • ¼ avocado sliced (50 g)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper 1 g
  • ¼ tsp salt 1 g

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread mayonnaise evenly across the center, leaving a small border around the edges
  2. Place a layer of crisp lettuce over the spread, ensuring it stays dry and fresh
  3. Add sliced turkey evenly across the tortilla for a balanced bite in every section
  4. Lay the crispy bacon strips on top, allowing their aroma to blend with the turkey
  5. Arrange tomato slices and avocado over the meat, slightly overlapping for even distribution
  6. Sprinkle salt and black pepper lightly to enhance the natural flavors
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from one end while gently pressing to keep the filling secure
  8. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor
