- Stop and scrape down the sides if any fruit pieces remain stuck.
- Add a small splash of additional milk if the smoothie is thicker than desired.
- Blend again for a few seconds until silky and evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust with a little more lemon juice for extra tanginess if desired.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately while cold and creamy.
