Method
- Add frozen blueberries to a blender and pour in a small amount of almond milk until just barely covering the fruit
- Add protein powder, Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and creamy like soft-serve
- Pause occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even texture
- Add a little more milk only if needed to help blending without making it too runny
- Taste and adjust sweetness while the mixture is still soft and easy to mix
- Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the surface
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm but scoopable
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly
- Scoop and enjoy with your favorite toppings
