Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh apple
  • 1 tbsp walnuts roughly chopped

Method
 

  1. Add the oats and milk to a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat until it begins to gently bubble
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and stir frequently as the oats absorb the liquid and become soft and creamy
  3. Continue cooking for about 4–5 minutes until the texture thickens and the oats are tender
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it sit for 1–2 minutes to allow the mixture to fully set
  5. Spoon the oatmeal into a bowl while it’s warm and steamy
  6. Top with Greek yogurt, letting it melt slightly into the oats for extra creaminess
  7. Sprinkle chopped apple and walnuts over the top for freshness and crunch
