Ingredients

  • 2 tsp mayonnaise 10 g
  • 1 sun-dried tomato finely chopped (5 g)
  • 1 slice turkey bacon cooked and halved (20 g)
  • 3 lettuce leaves 15 g
  • 2 slices fresh tomato 60 g
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 g

Method
 

  1. Mix mayonnaise with finely chopped sun-dried tomato until creamy and slightly textured
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over one side of the toasted bread while it’s still warm
  3. Layer fresh lettuce leaves on top, creating a crisp base
  4. Add sliced tomatoes, ensuring they are evenly distributed for juiciness
  5. Place the warm turkey bacon pieces over the tomatoes for a savory, smoky layer
  6. Sprinkle black pepper lightly across the top for a subtle kick
  7. Serve immediately while the bread is crisp and the bacon is warm
