- Continue blending until the texture is spoonable and slightly fluffy
- Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl, spreading it evenly with the back of a spoon
- Add a swirl of remaining yogurt on top for creaminess and contrast
- Arrange fresh cherries and sprinkle chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs over the surface
- Serve immediately while cold and thick for the best texture
