Ingredients
  

  • 150 g frozen dark cherries
  • 40 g frozen banana slices
  • 120 ml pomegranate-cherry juice
  • 80 g plain yogurt
  • 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 120 g ice cubes
  • 20 g fresh cherries for topping
  • 10 g dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs
  • 30 g additional yogurt for topping swirl

Method
 

  1. Add frozen cherries, banana slices, juice, cocoa powder, ice, and part of the yogurt into a high-speed blender
  2. Blend on high until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and creamy with no visible chunks
  3. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything blends evenly
  4. Continue blending until the texture is spoonable and slightly fluffy
  5. Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl, spreading it evenly with the back of a spoon
  6. Add a swirl of remaining yogurt on top for creaminess and contrast
  7. Arrange fresh cherries and sprinkle chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs over the surface
  8. Serve immediately while cold and thick for the best texture
