Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium ripe banana about 120 g, sliced
  • 120 g plain Greek yogurt about ½ cup
  • 16 g natural peanut butter 1 tbsp
  • 15 g roasted unsalted peanuts 1 tbsp, roughly chopped
  • 0.5 g ground cinnamon ⅛ tsp
  • 10 g honey 2 tsp

Method
 

  1. Slice the banana into thin rounds so they layer evenly in the parfait.
  2. Place the Greek yogurt in a small bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the peanut butter and honey to the yogurt and mix until the texture becomes silky and slightly thick.
  4. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and stir gently so the spice distributes evenly through the yogurt mixture.
  5. Spoon a layer of the peanut butter yogurt mixture into the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.
  6. Add a layer of banana slices on top, spreading them evenly for a neat presentation.
  7. Sprinkle a portion of the chopped roasted peanuts over the bananas for a crunchy texture.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt mixture, banana slices, and peanuts.
  9. Finish with a light dusting of cinnamon and a small drizzle of honey for extra aroma and shine.
  10. Serve immediately while the yogurt is cold and the bananas are fresh.
