Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana sliced and frozen
  • 160 ml milk 2% or any preferred milk
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 2 g ground turmeric
  • 0.5 g ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 g ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen banana slices into a high-speed blender to create a thick, creamy base
  2. Pour in the milk, ensuring it partially covers the banana for smoother blending
  3. Add vanilla extract for a subtle sweet aroma
  4. Sprinkle in turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper evenly over the mixture
  5. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy with no visible chunks
  6. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again briefly
  7. Pour into a chilled glass, noting the thick, velvety consistency
  8. Lightly dust with a pinch of turmeric or cinnamon for a warm, fragrant finish
