Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for a few minutes while preparing the filling.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the diced onion and cook until soft and lightly golden with a sweet aroma.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it apart with a spatula while cooking.
  5. Season the beef with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook the beef until browned and fully cooked with no pink remaining, then drain excess grease if needed.
  7. Stir ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard together in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  8. Warm the tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave so they become soft and flexible.
  9. Spread a spoonful of burger sauce across the center of each tortilla.
  10. Add a layer of cooked beef followed by shredded cheese, diced pickles, diced onion, and a slice of cheddar cheese.
  11. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito to keep the filling secure.
  12. Brush the outside of each wrap lightly with melted butter for extra crispness and color.
  13. Arrange the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  14. Air fry for 5–7 minutes until the tortillas turn golden brown and crispy.
  15. Carefully flip the wraps halfway through cooking for even browning on both sides.
  16. Remove from the air fryer once the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crunchy.
  17. Let the wraps cool slightly before slicing in half and serving warm.
