Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium ripe bananas sliced into 1 cm rounds
  • 1 cup 240 ml Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp 30 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp 20 g chopped nuts or granola
  • 2 tbsp 30 g mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside
  2. Slice the bananas into evenly sized rounds for consistent freezing
  3. In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth and creamy
  4. Dip each banana slice into the yogurt mixture, coating it fully
  5. Place the coated slices onto the prepared tray, leaving space between each piece
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts or chocolate chips over the top while the yogurt is still soft
  7. Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze until the bites are firm and set
  8. Remove from the freezer once solid and gently lift them off the parchment paper
  9. Let them sit for a minute or two before serving for the best creamy texture
