Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups hummus
  • 2 medium carrots cut into sticks
  • 1 large cucumber sliced into sticks
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1 cup bell pepper strips
  • 1/2 cup radishes halved or sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry to keep them crisp
  2. Peel the carrots if needed, then cut all vegetables into evenly sized sticks for easy dipping
  3. Spoon a generous layer of hummus into the bottom of each cup, creating a smooth base
  4. Gently press a mix of vegetable sticks into the hummus, arranging them upright for a visually appealing look
  5. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh, herbaceous finish
  6. Place the assembled cups on a tray and refrigerate until ready to serve for a cool, refreshing bite
