Ingredients
  

  • 1 large English cucumber about 300 g, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
  • 120 g ½ cup thick tzatziki sauce
  • 30 g ¼ cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber thoroughly, then slice it diagonally into evenly sized rounds for a more elegant look
  2. Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on a serving plate so they stay crisp and don’t overlap
  3. Spoon a small amount of tzatziki onto each slice, letting it gently spread without dripping over the edges
  4. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top, adding a light crunch and nutty aroma
  5. Serve immediately while the cucumbers are fresh and the topping is cool and creamy
