Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Keep the rolls connected and carefully slice them horizontally into one top slab and one bottom slab.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the bread.
- Spread the pizza sauce across the cheese layer, reaching close to the edges.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly over the sauce so each slider gets plenty of filling.
- Scatter the remaining mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
- Stir the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning together in a small bowl.
- Brush the seasoned butter generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake until the cheese is fully melted and the sliders are heated through.
- Remove the foil and continue baking until the tops become lightly golden and slightly crisp.
- Let the sliders rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Cut along the roll seams and serve while the cheese is hot and stretchy.
