Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread whole grain or white
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slices until they turn golden brown with crisp edges and a warm center.
  2. Spread peanut butter evenly over each slice while the bread is still warm so it melts slightly and becomes smooth.
  3. Arrange banana slices neatly on top, covering most of the surface for a naturally sweet layer.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly across the bananas for a light caramel-like sweetness.
  5. Dust a small amount of cinnamon over the top to add warmth and aroma.
  6. Drizzle honey lightly over each slice, letting it seep into the layers for extra richness.
  7. Serve immediately while the toast is warm, crisp, and fragrant.
