  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla 8-inch
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter smooth or creamy
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Place the tortilla flat on a clean surface and ensure it is soft and pliable
  2. Stir the peanut butter and honey together until smooth and glossy
  3. Spread the mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border at the edges
  4. Lay the whole banana along one side of the tortilla, positioning it tightly
  5. Gently roll the tortilla around the banana, keeping it firm but not tearing
  6. Press lightly to seal the edge and hold the shape
  7. Slice into bite-sized rounds, revealing the spiral pattern inside
