- Place freeze-dried blueberries in a sealed bag and gently crush them into small pieces or powder-like crumbs
- Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth and creamy
- Mix in lemon zest, vanilla extract, ground spice, and salt until fully combined and fragrant
- Fold in the crushed blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture
- Line a tray with parchment paper and spoon small clusters of the mixture onto it
- Shape into bite-sized rounds using the back of a spoon, keeping them slightly thick
- Transfer the tray to the freezer and let the bites firm up until fully set and solid
- Once frozen, remove and let sit briefly at room temperature before serving for a softer texture
