Ingredients
  

  • 450 g salmon fillet skin removed and cut into 2.5 cm cubes
  • tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley about 5 g

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon cubes in a large bowl, making sure the pieces are evenly sized for consistent cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and melted butter until the mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
  4. Pour the honey mustard glaze over the salmon pieces and gently toss until every cube is lightly coated.
  5. Season the coated salmon with salt and black pepper, ensuring the seasoning spreads evenly across the surface.
  6. Arrange the salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving small gaps between each piece for proper roasting.
  7. Bake the salmon until the edges turn slightly golden and the fish flakes easily when pressed with a fork.
  8. Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley over the warm salmon bites for freshness and color.
  9. Serve immediately while the glaze is still glossy and the salmon remains tender.
