Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 small ripe avocado
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown and crisp on the edges while still slightly soft in the center
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl
  3. Add lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to the avocado
  4. Mash gently with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky for texture
  5. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the warm toasted bread
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top for a crunchy, savory finish
  7. Serve immediately while the toast is warm and the topping is fresh
