Ingredients

  • 12 slices salami
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese cubed
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup mini pickles or cornichons
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 12 breadsticks
  • 24 assorted crackers
  • 12 rosemary sprigs
  • 2 oz dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup honey for serving
  • 12 paper cups or clear plastic cups
  • 24 wooden skewers or cocktail picks

Method

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes, strawberries, and rosemary sprigs so the cups stay fresh and crisp.
  2. Cut the cheddar cheese into bite-sized cubes and arrange all ingredients on a clean workspace for easy assembly.
  3. Fold the salami slices into loose ribbons or fan shapes to create height and texture inside the cups.
  4. Thread mozzarella pearls and grapes onto several skewers, alternating colors and shapes for a vibrant presentation.
  5. Add olives, dried apricots, and mini pickles onto separate skewers to create variety in every cup.
  6. Place a small handful of mixed nuts into the bottom of each serving cup to help support taller ingredients.
  7. Insert a breadstick toward the back of each cup so it stands upright and adds height.
  8. Tuck crackers around the sides of the cups, slightly angled for a layered and full appearance.
  9. Add folded salami and prosciutto slices, allowing the edges to curve naturally for a deli-style look.
  10. Arrange the prepared skewers inside each cup, balancing colors and textures evenly throughout.
  11. Garnish each cup with a fresh rosemary sprig for an aromatic and elegant finishing touch.
  12. Drizzle a small amount of honey over the cheeses just before serving for a subtle sweet contrast.
  13. Chill the assembled cups for 15–20 minutes if desired, then serve immediately while the crackers remain crisp.
