Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt whole milk, 480 g
  • 1/4 cup honey 60 ml
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 ml
  • 3/4 cup fresh strawberries thinly sliced (120 g)
  • 1/2 cup pistachios roughly chopped (70 g)
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips 45 g

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper, ensuring the surface is smooth and flat
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together yogurt, honey, and vanilla until creamy and fully combined
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray, forming a thin rectangular layer
  4. Scatter sliced strawberries evenly across the surface, pressing lightly into the yogurt
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the top for a crunchy texture
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in short intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture in thin streams
  8. Transfer the tray to the freezer and chill until completely firm and solid
  9. Once frozen, break or cut into pieces with a crisp snap and serve immediately
