Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen peach slices, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and frozen banana to a blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on low speed for a few seconds to break down the frozen fruit.
  3. Increase to high speed and blend until the mixture becomes thick, smooth, and creamy.
  4. Pause and scrape down the sides if any fruit pieces remain stuck.
  5. Add a splash of milk if the smoothie is thicker than desired.
  6. Blend again until silky and uniform with no visible chunks.
  7. Pour into serving glasses immediately.
  8. Serve cold and enjoy while the smoothie is thick and frosty.
