Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium frozen banana about 120 g
  • 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 80 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 80 g pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 g pumpkin pie spice about 1/8 tsp
  • 10 ml pure maple syrup about 2 tsp

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk to a blender first to help the mixture blend smoothly
  2. Place the frozen banana pieces into the blender for a thick and creamy base
  3. Spoon in the pumpkin puree, noting its rich orange color and soft texture
  4. Add the Greek yogurt for a velvety consistency and slight tang
  5. Sprinkle in the pumpkin pie spice to release a warm, aromatic fragrance
  6. Drizzle in the maple syrup for gentle sweetness
  7. Blend on high until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy
  8. Pause briefly if needed to scrape down the sides and ensure even blending
  9. Pour into a glass once the texture is thick, silky, and lump-free
  10. Serve immediately while chilled and fragrant
