Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups peaches chopped (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add the chopped peaches into a blender, ensuring they are ripe and fragrant for the best flavor
  2. Pour in the coconut yogurt and almond milk to create a creamy base
  3. Drizzle in the maple syrup and add vanilla extract for a gentle sweetness and aroma
  4. Add ice cubes to help chill the smoothie and create a thicker consistency
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and free of chunks
