Creamy Mango Yogurt Popsicles

Easy Homemade Mango Popsicles with Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups ripe mango chunks
  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Add the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, vanilla extract, milk, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy with no fruit chunks remaining.
  3. Taste the mixture and add a little more honey if the mangoes are not very sweet.
  4. Pour the creamy mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion while freezing.
  5. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove trapped air bubbles and help the mixture settle evenly.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  7. Freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours or until fully firm and icy cold.
  8. Run the molds briefly under warm water to loosen the popsicles before removing.
  9. Serve immediately while cold and creamy with a soft tropical aroma.
