Method
- Add the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, vanilla extract, milk, and salt to a blender.
- Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy with no fruit chunks remaining.
- Taste the mixture and add a little more honey if the mangoes are not very sweet.
- Pour the creamy mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion while freezing.
- Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove trapped air bubbles and help the mixture settle evenly.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
- Freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours or until fully firm and icy cold.
- Run the molds briefly under warm water to loosen the popsicles before removing.
- Serve immediately while cold and creamy with a soft tropical aroma.
