Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks about 150 g
  • 1 cup whole milk 240 ml
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 60 g
  • 1 pitted dried date about 8 g
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds 10 g
  • 1/2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds 5 g for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen mango chunks into a blender along with the pitted date.
  2. Pour in the milk and add the Greek yogurt for a rich, creamy base.
  3. Sprinkle in the ground cardamom and 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth and thick.
  5. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything blends evenly.
  6. Continue blending until the smoothie looks silky with no visible fruit pieces.
  7. Taste and adjust thickness by adding a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
  8. Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass and sprinkle the remaining hemp seeds on top.
  9. Serve immediately while cold and fragrant.
