Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 160 ml evaporated milk
  • 300 g granulated sugar
  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 500 –700 ml whole milk

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture looks light and slightly frothy
  2. Gradually add the sugar while whisking until it dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth
  3. Pour in the evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk, stirring gently until fully combined
  4. Add the peanut butter and mix until the base becomes thick, creamy, and evenly blended
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract until the mixture smells fragrant and smooth
  6. Transfer the mixture into your ice cream maker container and add whole milk until it reaches about three-quarters full
  7. Churn the mixture according to your machine’s instructions until it thickens to a soft-serve consistency
  8. Transfer the churned ice cream into a container and freeze until firm and scoopable
