Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 150 g frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 medium avocado 75 g, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup 120 ml plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup 180 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp 15 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp 2 ml vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup 120 ml ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add the almond milk to the blender first to help everything blend smoothly
  2. Spoon in the yogurt and avocado, ensuring the avocado is soft and ripe for the best texture
  3. Add the frozen blueberries, letting their chill help create a thick, refreshing consistency
  4. Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup and add vanilla extract for a subtle aromatic sweetness
  5. Drop in the ice cubes to enhance the frosty texture
  6. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy with no visible chunks
  7. Pause to scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again until silky and uniform
  8. Pour into a glass and serve immediately while cold and fresh
