Method
- Add the coconut milk and orange juice to the blender first to help the blades move smoothly.
- Add the frozen pineapple, frozen mango, and frozen banana.
- Spoon in the Greek yogurt and drizzle in the honey.
- Add the chia seeds and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes thick, creamy, and completely smooth.
- Stop and scrape down the sides if any fruit pieces remain unblended.
- Blend again for 15–20 seconds until silky and uniform.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately while cold and frosty.
