Ingredients
  

  • 225 g cream cheese softened
  • 120 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 45 g powdered sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Place the softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and beat until completely smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
  2. Pour the heavy whipping cream into the bowl and mix on medium-high speed until the texture becomes light, airy, and fluffy.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue mixing until the dip looks silky and holds soft peaks.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula to fully combine all ingredients.
  5. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes so the flavors blend and the texture firms slightly.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh berries or a light dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
  7. Serve cold with sliced fruit, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers for dipping.
