Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt about 480 ml
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter 120 g
  • 2 tbsp honey 30 ml
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 ml
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips 90 g
  • ¼ tsp sea salt optional

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • tablespoon
  • Airtight container

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so bites won’t stick.
  2. Stir Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle sea salt into the bowl for a balanced sweet-savory profile and mix gently.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips until they’re evenly distributed throughout the creamy mixture.
  5. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared sheet about an inch apart to form bite-sized mounds.
  6. Press the tops lightly with the back of the spoon so each mound has a slightly flattened surface.
  7. Slide the baking sheet into the freezer and let the bites chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once solid, lift the frozen bites with a spatula and transfer them to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Feel free to switch up the flavor with your favorite nut butter or fun mix-ins, and keep them tucked in the freezer where they’ll stay fresh and tasty for up to three months.
