Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups 225 g frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup 150 g frozen pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup 120 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups 360 ml unsweetened vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tbsp 7 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp 32 g natural peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Add frozen banana slices and cherries into a blender, creating a naturally thick and frosty base
  2. Pour in the soy milk, allowing the liquid to settle between the fruit for smoother blending
  3. Spoon in the Greek yogurt to enhance creaminess and add a tangy depth
  4. Add cocoa powder and peanut butter, which will create a rich chocolate aroma as blending begins
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture turns completely smooth and silky, with no visible chunks
  6. Pause and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again until thick and creamy
  7. Pour into a glass immediately and enjoy while cold and fresh
