Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla 8-inch
  • 120 g cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 1 slice bacon cooked and crisp
  • 80 g guacamole about 1/3 cup
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 4 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 75 g grapes halved

Method
 

  1. Warm the tortilla slightly in a dry pan or microwave until soft and flexible
  2. Spread the guacamole evenly across the center, leaving a small border around the edges
  3. Layer the shredded chicken over the guacamole, distributing it evenly
  4. Add the crispy bacon, breaking it into smaller pieces for even bites
  5. Place the spinach leaves on top, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes
  6. Scatter the grapes for a subtle sweetness and contrast
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap
  8. Slice diagonally if desired and serve immediately while fresh
