Ingredients
  

  • cups frozen peach slices
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 tbsp chopped soft dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom or ground ginger
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Pour almond milk and fresh orange juice into a high-speed blender to create a smooth blending base.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, allowing the creamy ingredients to settle into the liquid before adding frozen fruit.
  3. Drop in the frozen peach slices and blueberries so they chill and thicken the smoothie as they blend.
  4. Add chopped dates, chia seeds, ground spice, and a small pinch of salt to balance sweetness and deepen flavor.
  5. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture turns thick, creamy, and completely smooth with a rich purple color.
  6. Pause the blender and scrape down the sides if needed, ensuring no fruit chunks remain.
  7. Continue blending briefly until the smoothie becomes silky and evenly mixed.
  8. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately while cold and creamy.
