Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 60 g fresh blueberries
  • 120 g Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Slice the banana into thin, even rounds so they layer neatly and look appealing
  2. In a small bowl, lightly stir the Greek yogurt with honey until smooth and slightly sweetened
  3. Add a pinch of cinnamon and mix again until the aroma becomes warm and inviting
  4. Spoon a layer of yogurt into a serving glass, spreading it evenly across the base
  5. Arrange a layer of banana slices over the yogurt, slightly overlapping for a neat finish
  6. Scatter a portion of blueberries on top, adding bursts of color and freshness
  7. Drizzle a small amount of peanut butter over the fruit, letting it naturally flow
  8. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with fruit and a light peanut butter drizzle
  9. Serve immediately while fresh, or chill briefly for a cooler, firmer texture
