Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 240 ml brewed chamomile tea, cooled completely
  • 1 large ripe banana about 120 g, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon 21 g honey
  • ½ cup 120 ml whole milk
  • ½ cup 70 g ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Brew chamomile tea using hot water and allow it to steep for 5 minutes until fragrant and golden, then cool completely to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Peel the ripe banana and slice it into small pieces to help it blend smoothly.
  3. Pour the cooled chamomile tea into a blender jar.
  4. Add the banana slices, honey, whole milk, and ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes silky smooth and creamy with no visible chunks.
  6. Pause and taste, adjusting sweetness with a little more honey if desired.
  7. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately while frothy and fresh.
