Ingredients
  

  • 10 slices prosciutto cut lengthwise into 20 strips
  • 225 g Parmesan cheese cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • 170 g dried apricots

Method
 

  1. Lay a strip of prosciutto flat on a clean surface and gently stretch it slightly to make it easier to wrap
  2. Roll or fold the prosciutto into a loose bundle, creating a soft, delicate texture
  3. Place a piece of Parmesan on top of the prosciutto, ensuring it sits securely
  4. Add one dried apricot on top, pressing lightly so the layers stay together
  5. Insert a toothpick through the center to hold everything in place
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients until all bites are assembled
  7. Arrange on a serving platter, keeping them slightly spaced for a clean presentation
