  • 1 medium apple about 180 g, cored and sliced
  • 1 tbsp 16 g smooth almond butter
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Wash the apple thoroughly under cool water and pat it dry until the skin feels clean and slightly glossy
  2. Slice the apple into even wedges, removing the core while keeping the skin intact for added texture
  3. Arrange the slices on a plate so they are easy to grab and evenly spaced
  4. Spoon the almond butter into a small bowl or directly onto each slice, spreading it into a smooth, creamy layer
  5. Lightly sprinkle cinnamon over the almond butter, allowing its warm aroma to bloom
  6. Serve immediately while the apple slices are crisp and fresh
